Refund policy

Because Minauder pieces are produced in very limited quantities, we handle returns
a little differently to ensure fairness and protect the integrity of our small-batch
production.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only,
provided the item is:

• Unused and in original condition
• Returned with its dust bag and all packaging
  
• Free from any marks, wear, or scents

Refunds are not standard due to our limited stock but may be considered in
exceptional circumstances.

Exchanges

Exchanges are welcome within 7 days, subject to availability.
Because each drop is
small, we cannot guarantee the same item or colour will still be in stock.

Non-returnable items

To protect the quality of our offering, we cannot accept returns on:

• Used items
  
• Damaged items not caused by Minauder
  
• Sale or discounted pieces

Return Shipping

Return courier fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived
damaged or incorrect.
We can coordinate a collection through our courier partner.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours so we can
resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund (if stock is sold out).

• Photos, if relevant
