Shipping policy

Shipping Within South Africa:


Minauder partners with The Courier Guy for all South African deliveries.
Your shipping rate is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location,
ensuring the most reliable and cost-effective option.


We also offer a free pickup option for customers based in Cape Town. You can select
“Pick Up” at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.
Delivery Timeframes (South Africa)


We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 working hours of receiving payment.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Cape Town: 2-4 working days from dispatch
  • National deliveries: 2–4 working days from dispatch
  • All orders should arrive within 7 working days, depending on your region
  • Delivery times may vary based on courier capacity or unforeseen delays.

 

International Shipping


We ship worldwide using trusted international couriers.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.


Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and
    clearance fees.
  • These charges vary by country and are not included in your Minauder
    purchase.


International Delivery Timeframes

  • We aim to dispatch all international orders within 3 working days of receiving

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • Your dispatch confirmation
  • Your tracking link
  • Courier details


You can track your order at any time using this link.
For customers with Minauder accounts, tracking information can also be found under
My Orders.

Delivery Information


All deliveries are door-to-door to the address provided at checkout.
A delivery is considered complete once the parcel is handed over to someone at
your delivery address, as recorded by the courier.


Please ensure:

  • The delivery address is correct
  • Someone is available to receive and sign for the parcel


If a parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been opened, the receiver has the
right to refuse delivery. Please notify us immediately at hello@minauder.com.

Out of Stock Items


If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you as
soon as possible and offer:

  • An alternative item, or A full refund
  • Refunds for unavailable stock will be processed within 30 days.

Lost Parcels


If you believe your parcel is lost, please notify us within 10 business days from the
date of your shipping confirmation email.


This timeframe allows us to follow the correct procedure with our courier partners.
Claims made after this period may not be eligible for investigation.

Fraud Protection


For security purposes, Minauder does not issue refunds for orders suspected of
fraud.


Cardholders will be advised to initiate a chargeback through their bank.
Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities
