8. Products & Availability

8.1 Products can only be purchased while stock is available. Minauder pieces are
produced in limited quantities.
8.2 An order is confirmed once payment is received and processed.
8.3 If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, you will be contacted
and offered a refund or store credit.

9. Payment

9.1 All payments are processed securely through accredited third-party payment
gateways.
9.2 We accept:

Credit & debit cards
EFT
Payfast / Paystack / Yoco (depending on setup)

9.3 Minauder may request additional verification for security purposes before
dispatching an order.
9.4 Orders paid by EFT must be paid within 48 hours or they may be
cancelled.

10. Delivery of Goods

10.1 Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours of payment confirmation.
10.2 Local deliveries (South Africa): typically 2–4 working days.
10.3 International deliveries: timelines vary by destination.
10.4 Delivery times may vary and delays caused by couriers are outside our control.
10.5 It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and
sign for the parcel.

11. Cancellations & Returns

11.1 Minauder offers returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange, as
outlined in our Return Policy.
11.2 Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.
11.3 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product
arrived damaged or incorrect.
11.4 Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
